Phim xoay quanh cuộc hội ngộ sau nhiều năm giữa Ha-kyung và Do-ha. Trong quá khứ, Do-ha chỉ về Hàn Quốc thăm gia đình vào mỗi kỳ nghỉ hè (trong khoảng 21 ngày) và dành thời gian bên Ha-kyung. Tuy nhiên, một bi kịch xảy ra với người anh sinh đôi Do-young đã khiến cuộc sống của họ thay đổi mãi mãi. Câu chuyện đi sâu vào quá trình chữa lành, đối diện với những bí mật được ví như "chiếc hộp Pandora" từ mối tình đầu.
