Câu chuyện bắt đầu khi Cố An Tâm, một cô nàng shipper vụng về, vô tình va phải Lăng Việt – người thừa kế của tập đoàn Hotshot – trong một vụ tai nạn. Sau vụ va chạm, Lăng Việt giả vờ mất trí nhớ và mắc chứng "hoang tưởng bị hại", buộc An Tâm phải đưa anh về nhà chăm sóc và chịu trách nhiệm.Từ cuộc sống chung đầy rẫy những tình huống dở khóc dở cười giữa một "vịt con" bình dân và một "tổng tài" kiêu ngạo, cả hai dần nảy sinh tình cảm và cùng nhau đối mặt với những âm mưu tranh giành quyền lực trong gia tộc họ Lăng.
