Bộ phim xoay quanh Huyết Long, một tổ chức sát thủ bí ẩn và hùng mạnh nhất giang hồ, gồm ba gia tộc lớn: Tô, Tạ, và Mục. Khi tộc trưởng của tổ chức bị đầu độc, sự cân bằng mong manh giữa ba gia tộc bị phá vỡ, dẫn đến cuộc tranh giành quyền lực tàn khốc. Tô Mộ Vũ phải bảo vệ tộc trưởng đang hấp hối và tìm kiếm phương thuốc từ thần y Bạch Hà Hoài, đồng thời đối mặt với sự phản bội và những âm mưu chính trị thâm sâu.
