Phim được chuyển nhượng từ webtoon cùng tên của tác giả Jeong Young-ryong. Câu chuyện xoay quanh cuộc sống chung đầy rắc rối nhưng ấm áp của hai mẹ con Eun-mi và Jin-hee. Dù là mẹ con, họ lại cư xử với nhau như những người bạn thân (hoặc đôi khi đảo ngược vị trí khi con gái phải chăm sóc mẹ).
